christmas Party dress?

Hi. The company i work for is throwing a nice christmas party tomorow! i bought this cute dress from express its not long its a very short so it end two inches below my butt! i found something that almost looks like the dress. http://www.forever21.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=FOREVER21&category%5Fname=dressy+tops&product%5Fid=2046780828&Page=all only my dress is bit longer & the sleeves dont hang out and are not that long. it shows some front cleavge. in the middle it has these black little pearls that shimmer. Now i was wondering if wearing silver jewlery like earring and a necklace be to much or okay. since it aleardy has the shimmering pearls im going to wear the dress with Tights and these closed toed dress shoes.in black http://www.bakersshoes.com/product/bakers+womens+dress+shoes/bakers+womens+dress+closed-toe+shoes/lisa03.do with this clutch bag to go along (the black and silver one) http://www.expressfashion.com/products/images/main/49.jpg is it to much silver? =/ im wearing mid calf tights, and yes the dress is not short! the dress is long! twon inches from my butt! =] and the shoes look better, the picture looks funny they are cute =]

I hope that dress is longer considering the link you posted .. is a shirt ..not to mention its a work christmas party .. and even though its a party .. you should still look classy .. not trampy and the shoes are alright .. kind of old lady-ish if you ask me .. id get silver shoes to go with your jewelry and purse .. and no it wouldnt be too much silver at all .. your dress is plain so accessorize away

5. It depends on how "gawdy" the silver is. Something simple might be nice. I would go with simple dangly silver earrings wit no necklace since the top is beaded. Also, you might want to consider footless leggings instead of tights. It gives more tush coverage.
6. I mean it sound really cute, but remember you are going to a Christmas party for your work. 7. nice choice. i think the earrings and necklace would go fine. depends on what kind of necklace you are wearing. if you want a more formal look, not overly chunky jewellry perhaps? it shouldn't be too much silver since your pearls are just shimmering black. by the way, nice shoes! = )
